THE PRODUCT
What exactly is a ProofBlock? A ProofBlock is a premium 25mm crystal-clear acrylic trophy that transforms your official prop firm certificate into a permanent physical object. UV-printed with your certificate, laser-engraved with your name, prop firm, funding date, and personal quote. Built to sit on your desk for decades.
What prop firms do you support? All of them. FTMO, Apex Trader Funding, TopStep, FundedNext, Alpha Capital, E8 Funding, MyForexFunds, and any other prop firm — if you have a certificate, we can turn it into a trophy.
What can I personalize? Your name, your prop firm, your funding date, your account size, and a personal quote up to 120 characters. Every ProofBlock is completely unique — no two are ever the same.
What material is used? Premium 25mm optical-grade acrylic — the clearest, most durable grade available. Precision laser-cut edges, polished to a diamond finish. UV-printed for sharp, fade-resistant detail that lasts decades.
What is the difference between the Standard Block, Signature Block and Legacy XL? The Standard Block includes your certificate, name, prop firm and date. The Signature Block adds a personal quote and a black matte base with gold engraving — our most popular product. The Legacy XL is our oversized flagship piece in XXL format with a premium gift box included — perfect for milestone achievements.
What is the Collection Pack? The Collection Pack includes 3 Signature Blocks designed for the 3 defining moments of every prop trader's journey — First Funded, First Payout, and First Scale-Up. Each one personalized for its milestone. Save $117 versus buying individually.
ORDERING
How do I place an order? Select your trophy, choose your size and finish, fill in your personalization details — name, prop firm, date, and personal quote — then upload your official certificate. Add to cart and checkout. That's it.
What file format should I upload for my certificate? JPG, PNG or PDF. Maximum file size 10MB. Make sure the certificate is clearly readable — we use it to print the front of your trophy.
Can I preview my trophy before it's made? Yes — use our interactive 3D configurator on the product page to see exactly how your trophy will look with your chosen format and finish before you order.
Can I order as a gift? Absolutely. The Legacy XL comes with a premium gift box included. For other products, you can add a gift box at checkout. You can also ship directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it? Contact us at hello@proofblock.store within 2 hours of placing your order. After production starts, modifications are no longer possible.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does it take? Your trophy is crafted within 2–3 business days after you place your order. The Legacy XL takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location.
How long does shipping take? Europe & UK → 3–5 business days USA & Canada → 4–7 business days Australia & New Zealand → 6–10 business days Rest of World → 7–14 business days
Do you ship worldwide? Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders. We ship to 80+ countries. Every order comes with a tracking number sent by email once dispatched.
How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum required.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our workshop.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my ProofBlock? Because every ProofBlock is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. Each trophy is crafted with your name, certificate, and personal details — making it unique to you.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part, we will remake and reship your trophy at no cost. Simply contact us at hello@proofblock.store with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization details? Contact us immediately at hello@proofblock.store. If production has not yet started, we can correct the details. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible — so please double-check all details before ordering.
FOR PROP FIRMS
Do you offer bulk orders for prop firms? Yes — we offer white-label trophies and bulk pricing for prop firms who want to reward their funded traders. Contact us at hello@proofblock.store with the subject line "Prop Firm Partnership" for a custom quote.
Can you engrave our prop firm logo on the trophy? Yes — custom branding including your prop firm logo is available for bulk orders. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
